This will give your mycelium a bit more to chew on than a standard MEA plate. Because it’s reasonably complex as a food source, you can use this for long-term storage of your cultures. You could make these at home with a bit of care, some equipment, and some time, or if you just want to buy some sterile agar plates you could pick up a stack here for a decent price. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMake sure you’re using this with a flowhood (in an ideal world), or a still air box at the very least, or you’re going to be taking a massive gamble.
